1. Full payment is required immediately after the shoot. No video files, previews, or drafts will be sent until payment is received in full — no exceptions.
2. If travel is required, full payment must be made before the videographer departs.
3. Any extra work (such as additional scenes, added talent, extended interviews, etc.) must be discussed and approved before the day of the shoot.
4. Time starts at the scheduled hour, not upon arrival or filming. If a session runs past the booked time, the next hourly rate will begin immediately.
5. Please arrive on time and be prepared. For example, a booking from 11:00am–12:15pm is charged as 2 hours. Time is billed based on the reserved slot, not time actively spent filming (including setup, direction, wardrobe changes, etc.).
6. A non-refundable deposit is required to book all video services. No refund will be issued for cancellations.
7. The videographer reserves the right to cancel a session with at least 48 hours' notice if scheduling conflicts or emergencies arise.
8. If more work is added during the shoot that was not discussed at booking (e.g., additional speakers, locations, longer scenes), a rate adjustment will apply.
9. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian book the session and be present during filming.
10. A signed contract or acknowledgment of this policy is required before booking. If the contract is not completed, it is the client’s responsibility to review this policy on the website.
11. The videographer retains the rights to all footage and final edits for marketing, promotional, and editorial use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12. Delivery time is 7–15 business days (weekdays only) after full payment and footage selection (if applicable). Plan accordingly. Rush delivery is available for an added fee.
13. An additional charge applies for holiday turnaround requests.
14. The client is financially responsible for any damage to equipment or personal property caused during the shoot.

Video services include filming, editing, color correction, and up to 8k quality digital delivery. Packages can be tailored for interviews, podcasts, highlight reels, or social content. Music must be client-provided or royalty-free — licensing is not included.

Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on the project scope and can be longer. Overall depends on shoot time and factors at play.
