Project: Creative Island LLC
Creative Island is a private creative production space being developed in the Irmo/Columbia, South Carolina area. Designed for photography, video production, podcast recording, and collaborative content creation, the studio will provide a professional environment for creators, brands, and visual storytellers.
- What began as a photography brand is expanding into a space where media intersect.
The goal is simple: build a place where creativity can exist without limits.
The Vision
Creative Island will feature a large open production floor designed for portrait sessions, fashion photography, branding shoots, and commercial content creation. A dedicated podcast and video recording area will allow creators to produce interviews, conversations, and digital content in a controlled production environment.
The mezzanine level will include editing stations, lounge seating, and a collaborative workspace where creators can review projects and develop new productions. It will also have space for MUA, changing sets, and a changing area.
