Policy & FAQ

*****Read policy before booking*****

  1. Full payment is required 48 hours before the project start date. No deliverables (e.g., graphics, website files, strategy plans, etc.) will be released until payment is received in full — no exceptions or early previews.
  2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in our project queue. No deposit = no guaranteed start date or creative timeline.
  3. If you need to reschedule your project start or delay your onboarding, you must notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Your deposit may be transferred once to a future project window, subject to availability.
  4. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your scheduled start will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
  5. If additional services or scope changes are requested (e.g., more pages, added platforms, rush delivery), they must be discussed before the project begins or will result in an updated quote and timeline.
  6. For branding clients or web design projects involving on-site content creation, travel outside the local service area will incur an additional travel fee.
  7. Project timelines are based on the agreed-upon start date, not when content or assets are submitted. Delays in providing required materials (logos, copy, access credentials, etc.) will delay project completion and may result in rescheduling fees.
  8. Scope creep (e.g., changing deliverables, requesting additional platforms, switching project directions mid-way) without discussion will result in added fees and timeline extensions.
  9. For social media management, strategy meetings, content approvals, and reporting sessions must stay within scheduled time slots. Time beyond this is billable at your hourly support rate.
  10. Clients under 18 must have a parent or guardian authorize and oversee the project.
  11. All clients must review and sign a digital service agreement or contract before any work begins.
  12. Designer/consultant retains the right to showcase select visuals or completed projects for portfolio or marketing purposes unless a written request for privacy or NDA is submitted prior to project start.
  13. Turnaround time for digital flyers and static content is 3–5 business days.
  14. Web design projects: 2–4 weeks (depending on scope)
  15. Monthly social media management: Strategy plans delivered within 5–7 business days of onboarding.
  16. Expedited delivery is available upon request for an added fee. Additional charges also apply for weekend rushes, holiday periods, or short-turnaround projects.
  17. We recommend a final check-in call or email 2–3 business days before project kickoff to confirm access, expectations, and timelines.
  18. Clients are responsible for providing all necessary files, passwords, and assets required for digital execution.
  19. Clients are financially responsible for any damages to borrowed equipment (if content is created on-site), delays due to third-party vendors, or incomplete submissions that impact delivery.
  20. Designer/consultant reserves the right to pause or exit the project if the working relationship becomes unsafe, unprofessional, or in violation of agreed terms.
  21. In the event of a personal emergency or unavoidable circumstances, the designer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel within 3 days of the start date. If canceled on our end, the deposit will be fully refunded.


What if I need to change the scope of my project after booking?

Changes such as adding platforms, requesting additional content, or altering project direction will be considered scope changes. These must be discussed in advance and may result in updated pricing and delivery timelines.

What if I am late submitting my content?

Your project timeline is based on the scheduled start date, not when you submit files. Delays in submitting assets (like photos, login info, branding, or copy) may result in your project being rescheduled or delayed, possibly with additional fees.

Can I use designs for commercial or printing use?

Yes. Unless otherwise noted, designs come with a standard license for digital and print use. If you require full ownership or resale rights, please let us know in advance to adjust the agreement.

Do you offer rush or weekend services?

Yes — for urgent deadlines or last-minute needs, rush delivery and weekend work may be available with an additional fee. Be sure to request this in advance.

Will I get to review drafts or revisions?

Yes. All design and content services include one to two rounds of revisions, depending on your package. Additional rounds may incur a fee.
