What is the photo deivery process
1-3 Days after your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery link with all the raw, unedited proofs watermarked for viewing. From there, you can favorite the images you'd like fully edited. Once you've made your selections, I’ll create a separate folder within the same gallery where your final, high-resolution edits will be delivered for download.
How many locations/outfit changes do I get
Yes! I don’t charge extra for location changes as long as they’re within reason like walking distance or a quick 5-minute drive. Outfit changes are also welcome at no additional cost. As long as everything fits within your scheduled session time, you’re free to make those adjustments.
I’ll keep track of our overall time, but I won’t manage when you should change outfits or switch locations. If you spend more time changing or traveling between spots, that will naturally affect how much time we have left to shoot. So feel free to plan it how you'd like—but the flow of the session is ultimately up to you.
Cancelation/Reschedule Policy
- All deposits are non-refundable.
- Sessions reserve exclusive calendar time and block other bookings.
- Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee; within 7 days incur the full session fee.
- One reschedule is allowed with 14+ days’ notice, subject to availability.

tips I need to plan
Great photos start with great planning! Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your shoot:
- Think through your theme or vision Whether it’s bold, minimal, or creative, having a concept helps bring the shoot to life. I HIGHLY suggest use of Pinterest.
- Plan your outfits, makeup, and hair ahead of time. Don’t forget to account for travel time so you’re not rushed.
- Create a mood board using Pinterest or save inspo photos so we’re aligned on the look and vibe you want.
- Bring people who support you – Only invite friends who will help you feel confident and hype you up (not distract or stress you out).
- Music helps set the tone – A speaker will be provided, so feel free to curate a playlist that puts you in the zone.
- Help me help you – I’m here to collaborate, not just shoot. The more prepared and open you are, the better the experience and results will be.
Most importantly, come ready to have a good time. We’re going to create something dope together.
How long do I have access to the photo album
- While I don’t delete galleries right away—and in some cases may never delete them you should download all of your photos as soon as possible. I’m not responsible for long-term storage, and access to your gallery is not guaranteed indefinitely.
- There will also be a set window of time for requesting additional edits. After that, unedited photos may no longer be available.
- To avoid losing access to your images permanently, please download everything as soon as your gallery is delivered.
I like more photos than the amount provided
If you end up loving more images than the number of retouches included in your package which happens frequently, you have the option to have the entire album professionally edited for $50.
It’s important to know the difference between edits and retouches:
Edits include high-end color grading that gives your photos a polished, cohesive look.
Retouches go further—removing skin blemishes, correcting skin color, correcting backgrounds, the photoshop elements and cleaning up or removing any distracting elements from the image.
When working in studio settings or using flash, retouches are often preferred, as certain tools or setups used to get the desired effect may need to be removed or cleaned up in post.
Keep that in mind when choosing your final images—I'm here to help you get the look you’re going for!
