Extra Coverage

2nd Shooter

A second photographer allows for more coverage, more angles, and more moments captured — especially during fast-paced or large events. While one photographer focuses on key moments, the second captures reactions, details, and behind-the-scenes shots that might otherwise be missed.


Recommended for events with over 100 guests, multiple locations, or when you want full coverage from start to finish.

Policy & FAQ

*****Read policy before booking*****

  1. Full payment is required 48 hours before the event. Photos and/or video will not be released until full payment is received — no exceptions or early previews.
  2. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. No deposit = no hold on your date.
  3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit.
  4. If additional services or extended coverage are desired, they must be discussed and confirmed before the event day.
  5. Full payment is required for any travel or events outside the local area.
  6. Time starts at the scheduled start time, not arrival or shooting time. If time goes over, the next hourly rate begins immediately after the hour ends.
  7. Please arrive and be ready on time to avoid conflict. (For example, 11:00am–12:15pm is charged as 2 hours.) Time is based on the reserved slot, not active shooting time (includes outfit/location changes).
  8. If additional tasks are added on-site that were not previously discussed (e.g., more guests, extra setups, wrong package booked), it will result in a price increase.
  9. A second shooter is recommended for events over 100 guests to ensure full and quality coverage. Not including this may affect final coverage expectations.
  10. All clients under 18 must have a parent/guardian book and be present at the session.
  11. Contracts must be completed to finalize bookings for events.
  12. Photographer retains rights to use photos and/or videos for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless a written request is submitted beforehand.
  13. Standard photo delivery is within 7–15 business days via online gallery. Video delivery (if applicable) is within 15–21 business days.
  14. Expedited delivery is available for an added fee. Additional fees also apply for holiday bookings or last-minute add-ons.
  15. We recommend a final check-in call or email 3–5 days before your event to confirm all logistics and expectations.
  16. Photographer will arrive 30–45 minutes before the start time to prepare and assess lighting/layout.
  17. Photographer will dress professionally and respectfully, especially for religious or formal events. If there is a specific dress code, please inform us in advance.
  18. Clients are financially responsible for any damage to equipment or personal property during the event.
  19. Photographer reserves the right to leave if staff safety is compromised or if guests engage in inappropriate or harmful behavior.
  20. Photographer retains the right to cancel within 3 days prior to the event due to personal emergencies or unavoidable circumstances. Deposits will be refunded if there is a cancellation due to the photographer.

How long will it take to receive my photos/Videos?

Photo galleries are delivered within 7–15 business days, and video coverage (if included) is delivered in 15–21 business days. Expedited delivery is available for an extra fee.

Can I reschedule my event?

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Sessions reserve exclusive calendar time and block other bookings.

Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee; within 7 days incur the full session fee.

One reschedule is allowed with 14+ days’ notice, subject to availability.

Weather reschedules must be requested 5+ days prior; a studio option may be offered.

What if my event runs longer than scheduled?

Time is billed based on your reserved time slot, not actual shoot time. If the session goes over, the next hourly rate starts immediately after your reserved time ends.

Can I add additional services later?

Yes, but any add-ons must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute additions may not be guaranteed and may incur a rush fee.
