1. Full payment is required **48 hours before the scheduled session**. Photos and/or videos will **not be released** until full payment is received — no exceptions or early previews.
2. A **non-refundable deposit** is required to secure your booking. No deposit = no hold on your date or time slot.
3. If rescheduling is necessary, you must provide **at least 72 hours’ notice**. Your deposit may be transferred **one time** to a new date, subject to availability.
4. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will **forfeit the deposit**.
5. Any additional services (e.g., extended time, drone work, video tours) must be **confirmed in advance** of the session date.
6. Travel outside of the local coverage area will require **additional fees**, which must be paid in full before the session.
7. Coverage begins at the **scheduled time**, not at arrival or setup time. If the session runs over the allotted time, **the next hourly rate will automatically apply** after the hour ends.
8. Please ensure the location or space is **ready and accessible** at the scheduled time to avoid delays or additional charges. Time is based on the reserved window — not active shooting time (includes setup, walkthroughs, staging, etc.).
9. If the scope of the shoot changes on-site (e.g., additional locations, extensive retouching requests, unlisted services), this will result in **a price adjustment**.
10. For large-scale commercial shoots or corporate events with multiple locations or participants, a **second shooter or assistant may be recommended** to ensure efficiency and full coverage.
11. All commercial clients must sign and return the **contract agreement** to finalize the booking.
12. The photographer retains the right to use select images or video for **portfolio, website, and marketing purposes**, unless a written NDA or release restriction is provided in advance.
13. **Standard delivery** for commercial/corporate photo sessions is **7–15 business days**. **Video deliverables** (if included) are delivered within **15–21 business days**.
14. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee. **Holiday sessions, weekend bookings, and last-minute add-ons** may also incur additional charges.
15. A **final check-in email or call** is recommended 2–3 business days before the session to confirm location access, contact info, and shoot expectations.
16. Photographer will arrive approximately **30–45 minutes early** to scout and prepare (unless otherwise discussed).
17. For corporate settings, the photographer will arrive in **professional attire** suitable for office or business environments. If formal dress is required for branded events, please inform us in advance.
18. Clients are responsible for ensuring **safe and accessible working conditions**. Any damage to the photographer’s equipment or personal property during the shoot will be billed accordingly.
19. Photographer reserves the right to **exit the session** if the environment becomes unsafe or if any individual engages in inappropriate, disrespectful, or harmful behavior.
20. Photographer reserves the right to **cancel within 3 days** of the session in the case of emergencies or unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, the **deposit will be refunded in full**.

22. Please ensure the property is photo-ready and accessible at the scheduled session time. If the property is not ready or there are delays due to access, clutter, or staging, the session may be rescheduled with an additional fee.
23. If additional services are requested on-site (e.g., drone footage, community amenities, twilight photos, or video walkthroughs) and were not previously booked, an on-the-spot price increase will apply.
24. For large properties (over 4,000 sq. ft.) or multi-family units, please request extended coverage time or a second shooter during booking.
25. A property access plan (lockbox code, gate code, or client contact) must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the session.
26. All real estate sessions must be confirmed with a signed agreement or acknowledgment of terms.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Sessions reserve exclusive calendar time and block other bookings.

Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% fee; within 7 days incur the full session fee.

One reschedule is allowed with 14+ days’ notice, subject to availability.

Weather reschedules must be requested 5+ days prior; a studio option may be offered.

Time is billed based on your reserved time slot, not actual shoot time. If the session goes over, the next hourly rate starts immediately after your reserved time ends.

Yes, but any add-ons must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. Last-minute additions may not be guaranteed and may incur a rush fee.
